With no friends, he travels to work every day with a scowl on his face and dark bags under his eyes. Years ago, he put a man named O'Riley in jail. But this man has escaped. Dear Diary,

I miss my old days, where everyone wanted my crime-hunting hide. And all the women where interested in me. I'm coming up to 50 now, and I spend all my time in the Swinging Bushman. And I've been pushed aside to make way fo the next pretty boy. I'm still glad I'm Deputy Chief though. But I'm soon gonna be out of a job. I mean no more crime! I mean it's ludicrous! There's no crime at all, but I've got a good feeling something's gonna happen soon. Well I've gotta go now. I don't want to make Frank worry about me. I'm out of things to say anyway.
